Pros

I'm allowed to do my work without constant micromanaging and unnecessary meetings. I appreciate the gift cards they provide during certain holidays that help with groceries and gas to visit family.

Cons

The way that customer account managers and area managers communicate with staff can be extremely disrespectful. Some departments are poorly managed which causes friction between departments that communicate frequently. No room to grow into management or other leadership opportunities.

Poor management No life Expect you to work overtime without being compensated Tell you your claim count will be 120-140 but it will be well into 190-200’s Everything is a secret Depends what team you’re on if you get a good supervisor or not Unrealistic expectations There’s career opportunities but you won’t get trained All about who you know and how much you suck up
