Thankful for this Company - Anonymous employee TROY Group Employee Review

I have worked for TROY Group, Inc. for 20+ years and I can't imagine working anywhere else. I believe that loyalty, respect, dedication are some of the factors that have enabled me to remain at TROY for all of these years. TROY has provided stability for myself and my family and Mr. Dirk treats us like we are a part of his family. The company benefits are unheard of and no one in the Valley comes close to offering what we have at TROY. I would recommend anyone take advantage of an opportunity to come and work at TROY Group.
