Pros
The company is financially sound, the owners truly feel this is a birthright they need to shepherd for their children, and the technology and work is very cool. I honestly feel they make the best product in their market-space, and I would happily work here again.
Cons
I made my interest in moving to advance my career well known, especially to positions I was qualified for in Germany , and I got no where. If you're looking at field service in machine tools, which I didn't work in, expect significant travel time with few career options to reduce it.
