Life at TRUSTKLUB is miserable. It's the most unprofessional organization I have ever seen. The manager is so highly disrespectful and lacks ethics from head to toe. They doesn't have any manners or sense of respect to give their subordinates. Obviously, an organization where managers cares about their own billing then their team members than what can you expect from them. In the interview you'll hear the stories about how great their organization is but nothing is "organized" here. They have no strategies for critical situations. One fine day they will decide that they need to build a team and another fine day they don't need them. Yes, that's right. Use them like a tissue paper and throw them off. Because it's convenient, it's very easy to target new employees and ruin their career. My experience over here was dreadful. I was not only ill treated but always mentally tortured for nothing. Their work culture is so obsolete and frustrating. People doesn't work over here, only robots. Employee over here have been encoded with a low quality algorithm and it's been functioning like this since always. Most of the people who are working over here since ages are here because they have no elsewhere to go. Avoid settling in an organization like this. This place is not humans.
Cons
Disrespectful work culture and horrible managers are not enough for you then IDK what more you want to know. FYI Nobody cares how much employee engagements you do if the organization have no regards for newbies. Also, I forgot to mention, people over here doesn't even know how to manage a client. No wonder the client never entertains you. I will never recommend anyone for this organization.
