Underpaid for what we do - Lead Transportation Security Officer TSA (Transportation Security Administration) Employee Review

Does not pay enough! After 20 years I'm only making 54,000 which is at the low end of my pay rate. By now I should be at the high end and maxed out. We are government workers but we are the lowest paid workers. Turn over rate is through the roof! They've been promising us a pay increase since I've been there.
