VERY hard to get a day off if you are a fulltime employee, part time employees have better schedules and are more likely to have weekend off, working as early as 3:15 or 4 am is very draining, Passengers are VERY disrespectful, Never expect to have holidays off because getting leave is seniority based (unless it is your regular day off), it can get extremely stressfull when staffing is not appropriate for the passenger load.....and much more....
