      Paid for loaded and empty miles. Ok benefits

      Cons

      Detention pay is laughable. Lots of favoritism towards certain drivers who won't hesitate to call in and snitch on anything another driver does regardless of how miniscule or severe it may be.

      Does not have huge opportunities for advancement but if that’s not a big concern careers wise its a perfect place to work.

      Smaller company, newer equipment, weekly pay

      Cons

      Waiting for loads, waiting for trailers. Slow shippers and receivers. True this happens with other carriers not just bulk, but the attitude towards the amount of waiting spent by drivers is nonchalant. Detention pay is a joke. Equates top less than minimum wage when you sit for more than 10 hours.
