Pros

Difficult to identify any, with the exception of some staff being very nice although this is the minority.

Cons

So many to list but for me the most pressing would be: Unrealistic expectations from senior management with no data to support decisions. A toxic culture with blame very much at the centre, which leads to a state of fear and avoidance of issues ensure no fingers pointed. Bullying is considered acceptable and encouraged. Poor pay structure with unaligned contracts (some full time people have 37.5 hours some have 40 hours but on the same wage). Junior level roles trying to be filled with years of experience but on a junior salary. Lack of organisational KPI setting, again some people have them some don't. Lack of accountability, during my employment I was told of multiple occasions of theft, violence in the workplace, drug use in the workplace none of which had been dealt with but swept under the carpet.

Pros

They offer competitive pay, which I really appreciated, but as a smaller company they don’t provide many benefits. It’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

When I first onboarded and started my first week of work, no one reached out to me with information about my timecard or other important onboarding details. It made the beginning of the job more confusing than it needed to be.
