Salary is good in Taiwan compare to another technology company. you can get full bonus after 3 years working here. If you want to buy a house or have debt, this is a ideal workplace for you
Cons
No work life balance here. on call 24/7 is required. you need to be ready for work at anytime even in the midnight. If you are not lucky or you can't fix issue via phone call, you need to back to company immediately.
