1. Employees here has similar characteristic and react to requirement with SOP. (on the other side it's lack of diversity) 2. Policy follower, take top down orders without doubt. 3. Communication speed is the key
Cons
1. Overtime working or working on weekend is normal (And it's a cultural thing cause the management preference) 2. Very strict information protection policy, can't deal alot of private issue during work hours
