Pros
Managers are always willing to help and do not breath down your neck while you work. Pay is fair and if you have an issue with salary managment will work with you to make sure you're paid what you are worth and tell you what needs to be inproved inorder to make more money and move up in the company.
Cons
If you're paid hourly, it is almost impossible to get extra hours for overtime. For example it is almost as if they would rather you delay finishing a project to avoid paying a few hours of overtime. Also, you may have to work without getting paid once you hit 40 hours in a week.
