Pros
The people there were decently nice, and projects were mostly local.
Cons
Field partners were frequently drunk/high on projects. We were not given hotel rooms, but rather a daily stipend of $80 (for hotel and food), which forced field workers to share hotel rooms. I am a woman who was forced to share a hotel room with two other guys (who were doing drugs in the room), or fork out $100 out of my own pocket. Management didn't seem bothered by this, and forced me back into the field with those coworkers. There didn't seem to be any growth opportunities. Management clearly had a drinking problem, and we would find alcohol bottles all over the office. Sketchy practices overall. Many of the documents had the wrong address or company name, and we were told not to update the forms. Pay was VERY low compared to other companies in the area.
