It is a rapidly growing company so changes may be likely. Other departments seem to be happier in their positions.
Cons
The culture at TTCU will be inclusive towards you so long as you drink the kool-aid. If you question anything or try to improve upon existing procedure, you will find yourself quickly ostracized and passed over for promotion/transfer. This year sales goals were introduced in the call center, and management is extremely aggressive about meeting your goals. There seems to be a focus now on making money first, and everything else is an afterthought. You are expected to be less than human in all of your needs, including restroom breaks--if you go to the restroom before your break time you must deduct it from your morning or afternoon break to stay in compliance. Most may not say it, but everyone is tired of it.
