little or no information about job upon being hired, vacation is not a given after certain time, it is accrued pay period by pay period, micro management is the norm, get used to being told at the last minute on friday that you are working the weekend, pay is absolutely horrible unless you consider 1% pay raises good. and no double time ever not even on seventh consecutive day. no room for improvement you will never move up unless someone quits or dies. constantly being made to do things outside of job scope the having to make up regular duties on weekends. high turn around especially in maint.
