Pros
For salaried employees, the work/life balance is decent. You're expected to put in overtime with everyone else, but if you have doctor's appointments and whatnot, they're pretty lenient on not hitting your PTO and just letting you go and then come back. The benefits are also really good - Blue Cross/Blue Shield!!
Cons
- Sales were overbooked for the amount of personnel available - Employees are not treated with respect; lots of infighting, harsh words and raised voices over menial occurrences - Lateral mobility is available, not much for moving up though - Work is not challenging, even when more responsibility was taken on; it's more of the same paperwork etc not anything with a learning curve.
