Cons
Inconsistent leadership quality at the team lead level. Some team leads demonstrate poor management practices, including lack of guidance for juniors, double standards in workplace expectations, and limited accountability. The team lead themselves wear spaghetti crop top/sandals/mini skirts and are always late for work. There are also concerns around fairness in workload distribution, leave approvals, and adherence to workplace policies. High turnover among junior staffs may reflect gaps in mentorship and team support. Please note that taking leaves can be quite challenging, as even a half day leave requires handover and multiple approvals. Juniors are drowning and the seniors lack empathy because they do not need to take over the studies themselves if the juniors quit.
