Progression is only for those who are blue-eyed boys or girls of their boss. Good place to work and build your career for singles who do not have a life outside of work
Cons
No work life balance Doesn't care much about staff, only looking for a warm body to be deployed to cover operational needs Good Annual leave package but pointless as not allowed to take leave For people with children who do not join, the company culture is such that taking leave for children is deemed unproductive and frowned upon. Does not entertain work from home.
