Poor Experience - Store Manager TUI Group Employee Review

Poor training. Lack of support. Made to feel bad if store make errors. No point challenging things. Keep taking hours of the stores, most days are under staffed. Poor complaints system in place for the customer, not putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.
