Slow pace and some seniors are nice.

They appreciate seniority rather than intelligence. Too many office politics. Many old sea foods are very phony, and stubborn that are relucted to change. They employ mass surveillance via their sitting plans. A junior is sit at the front desk that reminds completely visible towards his/her direct senior. It is awful and the office reminds silent throughout the day. Zero flexibility.
