The managers and leadership team are approachable, professional, and always willing to mentor and support your career development. The environment is fast-paced but collaborative. There’s a strong sense of teamwork between the field, lab, and office, and everyone takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results. The company culture encourages problem-solving, accountability, and celebrating wins — big or small. After more than a decade, I can honestly say Twining has been more than just a job — it’s been a career I’m proud of and a community I value.
