Pros
I worked as a full time employee at TXT for close to 3 years and saw the company and staff undergo many changes and growing pains. Although a lot of people get on glassdoor and rant about the tough time they had at TXT, after having taken some time to reflect on it, I can conclude that TXT offers a great job where you can learn a lot if you make the most of your time there.
You basically learn to be an excellent client services professional: you handle high stress situations, delicate information, and work with very demanding (and at times overly intense) management. The skills you develop though prepare you for anything in the professional services world. Whether you go into software sales, another recruitment job, consulting, finance, etc., what you learn at TXT will be invaluable.
Having worked in another recruitment firm, the same BS that people complain about at TXT goes on everywhere...at least at TXT, you could shape your own destiny. If you are good at the job, you would go forwards and be compensated accordingly. Most of the people that complain on Glassdoor don't appreciate a real meritocracy, and I think despite management's colorful and micro-management style, if you are any good at the job, you will do well.
Cons
TXT Is not for everyone: you have to be willing to work hard and learn from your peers that know more than you. If you want a low-stakes, low-stress job, be a bartender or nanny during your time in BsAs.
Management can be intense and harsh with criticism.
