Some good days, lots of bad days, and fear of lay offs - Anonymous employee TYCROP Manufacturing Employee Review

Always fear of layoffs, you can be working 4 hours OT a day for weeks, being told there's lots of work, and then BAM, we're laying off 10% of our work force. Dirty, noisy environment they don't really understand ventilation systems for welding. Everything is always a rush because someone else messed up. Fairly poor pay for what you do, especially if you're ticketed in any trade, don't expect journeyman rate.
