Pros
The benefits are very competative. Majority of the employees in non-senior positions are very friendly The company has a very well written set of principles/code
Cons
Sady, the companys own principles are not adhered to at all, if they were it would be a great place to work. Often new management initiatives are launched with hype, only to fizzle out later, then repeated, which creates disillusion and apathy among the workers. The company employs a management tactic which over time demotivates and demeans many of the staff. Employees are fearful of losing their jobs, layoffs are common and usually occur with no more than a few hours notice. Employees on long-term sick leave have also been laid off. Nepotsim is commonplace. If your 'face fits" and you are aloud into the more senior ranks, or have connections with such, then you will always be "looked after" no matter how badly you perform or how you treat other employees. Roles for women are sarce (less than 5%), and none are in Senior Positions.
