      Pros

      Our CEO, Matt Cummings, is an incredible hands-on leader. During our COVID quarantine, he engages our entire North American team with live, bi-weekly update webcasts. We also have a new CHRO who is doing amazing work around workplace planning and safety. So lucky to be here!

      Cons

      There's still work to be done to better network project and operational practices across offices but it's getting better every day.

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
