Low pay, no vacation time unless you are director of operations favorites or owners favorites. Sick time only due to AZ laws. Owners preach employees are first but not the case. Payroll checks have bounced, benefits have been turned off due to non payment but deductions were being taken out of checks. 401k was being deducted from our checks but not deposited into our 401k accounts. It wasn't until I received my quarterly statement I noticed nothing had been deposited for the whole year and when this happened they immediately amended 401k contract and did employer contribution at their discretion meaning none. Owner has scolded managers, supervisors, & employees right on the floor in-front everyone with no respect and most of the time items not in their control, it even caused him a heart attack at one point.
A lot of delays in manufacturing due to not having materials due to being behind on payments to several companies. Larger orders which were net 10 or 30 were pushed up infront of orders that were smaller and had been waiting for months.
Shipping labels were being created for incomplete orders at the end of the week allowing the company to bill the purchaser even though nothing was being shipped out to them.
Management that gets hired always tends to be someones friend...
