Pros
Good experience - they take a chance of you even if you are relatively young and inexperienced. Try to coach you even if you are an employee at one of their invested companies.
Cons
One of the CEOs and former partners was an incredibly offensive person to work for, and ended up doing a lewd act during a PR event. Later on, when I described the event to another partner he asked, unprompted, whether the former partner tried to make any advances instead of asking me if I was OK after said incident.
