- High work load - No room for growth or promotions - No communication between management and employees - Hostile work environment and frequent bullying by management - Overtime is expected but unpaid - Extremely high staff turnover - Questions are met with hostility from management - Employees’ ideas and opinions are completely ignored - No raises - Office politics get in the way of work - Management are disorganized and don't know what they're doing - Management don't trust their team and treat them disrespectfully - Decisions are made based on managements personal feelings towards someone, not on the quality of their work - Management care only about targets, not about their employees or customers - Talented staff are undervalued, overworked, underpaid, and treated terribly. No wonder everyone quit.
