Low pay. Corporate decisions don't consider you or the excess unnecessary work it will cause for you. Retaliation for suggestions or disagreeing may be a real concern. The entire company is unorganized after the Eventide merge. Do not expect to know anything about major changes until after they happen - then it's just "good luck" (minimal to no guidance).
