I am really sorry this was not a good fit for you. Again, we are a sales organization, and people who work hard, and meet goals, can make a lot of money. Some people would rather collect a steady check, and don't want bonuses and commissions to be a part of that, and that is okay for many other companies and positions. But we are a sales organization, and like many sales organizations, sales people receive the majority of their compensation through commissions.
We are definitely not a company that likes to micromanage, but if someone is not getting the job done, then it's our duty to all our other employees and our clients, to take a closer look. There is great growth and income potential for those who understand and like sales, and are willing to work hard. We look for people who like a challenge and are natural go-getters. If sales were easy, we could effortlessly find anyone to do it.
