Pros
Strait forward great monetary terms- 10bis is monthly, social benefits are on 100% of the paycheck (including study fund), more than fair number of vacation days. Insanely good work life balance- no pulling long days, no "the ship is drowning" mentality. Good age & background diversification. Still in the "no rules" stage- there is no bureaucracy, and the company is pretty much still flat. Clear objectives, clear direction, clear top level KPIs. No QA, no Devops. Only Developers. Broad software engineering that do everything - code, test & operate. Team with strong, proven, backgrounds. Good sized options grants for the funding stage.
Cons
No huge gifts or special office perks. Some edges of the work techniques and whose responsibility is what, are still rough and unclear. Mediocre remote work culture, still trying to figure that out.
