      Pros

      We have lost to many to count. The Owner does care but he and his new CEO believe new senior management blindly.

      Cons

      Zero accountability for senior management. The whole truth is never told to the CEO by some of his senior most management and good employees are fired to make up for their mistakes. This company has more than 20 VP's and it's a small company. The same people are always promoted or shuffled around and their previous positions are never back filled.

      Great organization and leadership team! Lots of opportunities to grow. The ownership and senior leaders are great! Company is very strong and getting stronger!

      Long hours, need better work-life balance. High compensation at certain levels.

      I joined Taco within the past month and the experience has been very positive so far. The team has been welcoming, and both the interview and orientation process were well-structured, which made the transition into the company smooth. Excited to continue growing here and looking forward to a long career ahead.
