Pros

Good technical colleague and try their level best

Cons

senior managers are not sure which direction they will lead. sales don't follow the process and a few top CXOs are not engaged in day-to-day business. They are simply not aware of how unhealthy and toxic environments exist. They are busy with their sports and drinks. personal interests are first and important if you are a senior executive, customer comes second

Thank you for taking the time to share this — and for the kind words about the team and culture. Hearing that the collaborative spirit comes through means a lot; it's something we genuinely work to protect as we grow. On benefits: we appreciate the honest feedback. It's something we continue to look at, and input like yours helps inform those conversations. If you ever want to share specifics, we're always open to hearing more. Glad to have you on the team.

Pros

Collaborative and supportive culture Strong, differentiated product in the CPQ space Opportunities for career growth and skill development Colleagues the best and most experienced in the CPQ space

Cons

Fast-paced environment can feel demanding at times, but for those who want a challenge not truly a con

Thank you for this — three-plus years in and still recommending us means a lot, especially coming from someone in the field who sees both the product and the culture up close every day. The point about colleagues being the most experienced in the CPQ space is something we hear often, and it's no accident — we've worked hard to build a team where that expertise compounds over time. And we'd agree on the "con": the pace comes with the territory when you're building something genuinely differentiated. Glad it reads as a challenge worth taking on rather than a drawback. Thanks for being part of the team in Chicago.
