Pros
Initially, it was the flexibility to work on a remote & hybrid schedule, after that, there were none, unless you consider ping pong tables and pizza parties to be pros. Weren't expected to work outside of working hours by upper management, but it was required if you wanted to be successful
Cons
Where to begin.... Poor leadership who is out of touch with their employees Sub par benefits Massive favoritism of the bootlickers and suck ups Unrealistic expectations They will probably outsource your job overseas if they employ you in the states. Lack of upward mobility
