Pros
There isn't anything great about this job. I have yet to find something positive.
Cons
The staff from top to bottom are the some of the rudest people I have ever worked with, they are not the nicest people, and just downright the most self-centred and arrogant people I have ever come across.
The job is remote, I actually like to see who I am working with. I am not enjoying the remote work. I need to talk to someone rather than telephone work.
The team leader picks apart your work and then you wonder if you are doing the job properly.
The team leader may seem nice, but she quite a snobbish and stuck-up woman I have ever talked to, and anything you say to her she won't believe you.
The team leader will not let you talk most of the time, and if you try to interrupt her to get your point across, she will tell you to shut up.
The other staff are just the same, you try to voice your concerns to your fellow colleagues, about the management, and the just tell you to shut-up and stop wasting their time and everyone else’s time.
A few colleague told me that if I don't like this job, I should just quit.
During training for this job has so many inconsistencies and I just don't know which training method is the best for the jobseekers to help them find work.
They expect you to start within 2-3 days of hiring to start cold canvassing for work, when this job takes at a while to train properly for the position.
You always feel deflated after working with them, they expect you do find placement or get interviews, when clearly doing telephone cold canvassing doesn't work.
The team leader has some strong views on how the current job market is, and given my situation, it makes her an expert on my circumstances.
