Pros
TCA mostly working on government related projects, basically tender for different government bureaus, large part would be coming from tech related department. Pro: learn things from the basic, it 's like working in a pr agency but for the government. You know you're working on the project that could bring positive result for the country. Nice environment overall, as long as you have a good manager.
Cons
similar to government job but without the benefit part, lol. Working on projects and projects, lots of tedious paper work and the way they do things here is quite old school. Also for some reason, lots of people who work here comes from the same church ...? Some project managers were notoriously incompetent, so beware... Salary quite low considering you gotta do it all...
