- Coworkers were good people to work with - Good Supervisor who was understanding of my situations of when I needed to take time off or had school - Pay was a little over minimum wage which was nice

- Wish there was better communication

You start early so you can leave early.

My main issues were: • Deathly quiet office. You won’t get to know your coworkers. • Poor training. All training at UTY is based around people handing you a work process and telling you to figure it out. On multiple occasions if someone asked me a question and I was unsure of the answer, the person I would ask would say, “they should know that, why are they asking”. It’s not an easy environment to ask questions in. I have other complaints but those are the main ones that will apply to anyone at any position I think.
