Pros
Workload is more manageable than state schools, the kids are lovely, great community feel within the staff, good resources to work with, departments happy to help each other out. Beautiful place to work and free lunches and use of gym among other perks.
Cons
Communication could be better.
Pay is lower than you'd expect but still better than state schools.
