You know you are in trouble from the start when Talent 101 says, “Can you support a difficult customer?” – that there was a revolving door of resources/staff that would cultivate mistrust. Resources who work for Talent 101 will experience unprofessional, discouraging, and degrading behavior from the customer, and T101 leadership will not interfere with this behavior. T101’s ability to manage the customer’s conduct towards their resources was “window dressing” and ineffective. T101 management enabled an unhealthy work environment, intimidation, and psychological annoyance towards their staff.
If you cannot trust the leadership you work for to have your back, then why would you work for Talent 101?
