Why are QA Editors with no degree paid more than Certified Writers? - Resume Writer Talent Inc. Employee Review

If you review the salaries, QA Editors are earning an average of $40K annually while writers earn below minimum wage given the number of nit picky revisions the QA Editors send back. They are very stringent in the formatting structure of the resume and rephrasing using different words "does not constitute a rewrite" by their standards. Degreed and certified writers spend hours revamping and redesigning resumes that are perfectly aligned with CPRW standards just because someone mandated that a 2pt space should be included between every bullet and only 6 bullets max can be used despite clients complaining that information is missing. They threaten you that if you do not meet their highly picky expectations for a rewrite (which they do not explain), the project will be assigned. Rephrasing is not considered rewriting although rephrasing means rewording content to every writer in the industry. I have reviewed QA Editor profiles on LinkedIn and most of them are uneducated people with no more than retail and entry level customer service backgrounds, yet they get paid more money to click 6-9 check boxes on whether writers met every picky expectation and press a button to send out the same CANNED RESPONSE of rejection.
