I have to say I’ve worked at several companies where their EVP is a tick box exercise. For me, TIG genuinely wants to make a difference to it’s people, clients and suppliers. When they get things wrong they put their hands up and never sweep things under the carpet. I’ve been with the company two years. I had a great candidate experience, a smooth onboarding experience and they give you the professional and personal support so you can also make a difference.
