Pros
None. Absolutely no positives to mention.
Cons
Extremely rigid and toxic work environment. If you’re even 1 minute late, half-day salary is deducted — no exceptions. Not wearing an ID card results in fine AKA salary deduction. The shift is 9 hours, including 2 hours of break, but employees are forced to show 7 hours of productive time in the monitoring system. Even if you’ve worked all 9 hours, and your productivity is 6:59:00, your salary is still deducted. FYI (Specific for Vadodara location) Zero flexibility for personal or family emergencies. FYI (Specific for Vadodara location) Sick leave must be applied 12 hours in advance — completely unreasonable in real-life situations. FYI (Specific for Vadodara location) Employees are not allowed to leave office premises, even during emergencies. Frequent policy changes without logic or communication. Micromanagement and constant monitoring make it impossible to feel trusted or valued. No respect for employees' mental well-being or personal life. Real Example: A colleague’s mother had a sudden medical emergency (BP spike), and he needed to take her to the hospital. The management denied him permission to leave and later warned him not to let such situations happen again — showing a complete lack of empathy and basic human decency.
