Junior leadership (especially leadership group), results in childish behaviour and people with the wrong competencies having way too much power over peoples well-being. Managers within HR is very junior and it reflects on the well-being of employees, no real direction for them which you would think working in HR-tech. But a lot of software is great, but you also have to take action.
