Great colleagues Good office location interesting industry Career opportunities are good (if you are fine with a shiny title but no increase in benefits or salary then go for it)
Cons
Non competitive salaries, it's a joke really. And you will only get a higher salary if you get along with top management, isn't based on your performance. Junior leadership (especially leadership group), results in childish behaviour and people with the wrong competencies having way too much power over peoples well-being. Managers within HR is very junior and it reflects on the well-being of employees, no real direction for them which you would think working in HR-tech. But a lot of software is great, but you also have to take action.
