Pros
To make up for the awful work culture, pay and benefits are good and it’s fully remote.
Cons
Everything. Where to even start?! The CEO views every employee as disposable and treats them as such. He will work you to death without ever saying so much as “thank you”, because he genuinely feels no gratitude for his employees who are making him millions of dollars (with no equity by the way!) His awful personality has trickled down to the COO and the “manager” who are both now just different versions of him. The other employees are great but that’s not enough to salvage the experience of working here.
