Cliques Lies to clients The drama is exhausting Internal employee targeting/bullying Managers badmouthing teammates Clients are unethical and management won’t support with problem clients (which is most clients because sales over promises based off outdated data.l for roles they haven’t worked or no one has experience working all for the money. Then fires you if you don’t fill the role or a client doesn’t renew - hence the high turnover. Constantly changing protocols and work requirements Extremely high turnover!!! Core values are a joke and not followed by management Over complicates everything unnecessary Job boards are shared so work is lost easily due to getting locked out often. If you work here, keep applying for other opportunities - this place is just a stepping stone. Don’t get comfortable.
