Pros
Great people, pay, and benefits. The team I worked with believed in the company values and cared for the impact we were making.
Cons
There was a lack of direction and stick-to-it mindset by leadership that priorities kept shifting. This made it hard to stay focused on projects, and resulted in whiplash every time teams had to park what they'd been working on. Low morale due to this. Led to layoffs.
