Very positive vibe CEO clearly cared for employees, remembered my kids' hobbies, told people not to work on weekends Culture of growing skills in every employee by little nudges and bigger steps
Cons
Over-woke: An innocent word, misspoken a certain way, with different tone and inflection, could suggest a different thing that alludes to a thing that a might offend someone else. Employee never spoke again in public.
