Everyone working there seemed rather professional. It was clear that in the small group of people there was quite the difference of political ideologies, especially since at the time we were in peak Election season, but the environment was always cordial and professional, never any real political arguments or antagonism. For the pay, the job supplied great benefits. The yearly retreat had skeet shooting, which was quirky but fun. The job did not seem that demanding. So long as you follow the guidelines supplied to you, you seemed to be set.

Had some Start Up growing pains, a lot of "pivoting", but from what I've heard they've appeared to have stabilized. There wasn't much room for any real upward mobility, so if you are looking at this as your life long career job, I don't really know if it has the growth you're looking for Position did not pay much at the time I worked it I don't personally see it as anything bad, but I suppose it is fair to warn that the company has a fair bit of religion in it. Nothing too over the top, but there is an on-site chaplain who gives free meals and a bible lesson every other week. He tries to keep the lesson as open as possible, and it's never mandatory, but it's definitely something I was not expecting when starting the job. I never thought they crossed the line or anything but religion is religion and new comers should be aware that this is a active interaction at the job.

Got paid $15k less than the person hired after me who had the same role and responsibilities as my own. I also helped with this person’s training.
