As discussed in the interview process, we have an entrepreneurial model that rewards productivity. Yes, the base is low, but it's not meant to be the driving force. The ramp up incentive program, the residual commissions is where the program really excels. It's a tough first year, but talk with more tenured team members, join the weekly calls, leverage the training repository to develop those skills and get your questions answered.
We appreciate your feedback and will apply it toward our continuous improvement strategy.

THERE IS A REASON WHY YOU GET HIRED HERE AFTER TWO EXTREMELY SHORT INTERVIEWS. RSL's are the biggest micromanager. They believe themselves to be more important than your time out building a pipeline. Random scheduled meetings with focus on their time only. Run far away from this company. Around $660 monthly take home to get you on your feet.

The payments industry is a challenging and rewarding industry, and you're right, it takes a ton of work to build up the business, make connections in your network and develop relationships everywhere you go! We believe that you have something special that would stand out from all of the other processors, because at the end of the day, clients are buying from the individual - not the company. The individual is a representation of the company brand. All of our field sales roles are located in different markets. The commission structure is the same across like-roles. Commission residuals are calculated on the businesses signed. There are opportunities for the long sale in building up relationships with referral partners (like banks) and there are short sales in connecting with small business owners. The opportunities are there and you are correct, it takes a consistent approach to build the pipeline.
