- Salary was below market average, and increases were minimal or symbolic.
- Poor and inconsistent management practices.
- For several months, I was paid in cryptocurrency without proper agreement, and only after repeatedly raising concerns was I finally moved to a B2B contract.
- Lack of recognition for effort and results.
- After I left, they hired two people to replace me — and at least one of them is earning significantly more than I did. That speaks volumes about how compensation was handled.
