This makes challenges easier to achieve and working at Tangerine becomes fulfilling. The company has an international reputation, their customers are located all around the globe. There are opportunities to interact with different key players within a customer hierarchy and to travel the world.

It is a growing company and sometimes structure and organization are lacking but this was already being attended to when I left. Compensation for hard work and overtime could be better.
